# Complaint Types List

## Overview

The *Complaint Types* is a **master classification** that all users (citizens, CSR, GRO, LME) use to categorise grievances. It defines the options available in the drop‑down when a complaint is being submitted or processed. This list acts as foundational master data, enabling proper routing, SLA tracking, reporting, and audit capabilities in CCRS.

Make note that this list is configurable as per requirements.
