ID Formats

Each complaint has its own configurable ID format. The ID format is specified in:

• Module: common-masters
• Master: IdFormat
• ID name: pgr.servicerequestid

Default format:

The idname is used by the services to call the IDgen service & generate identifiers in the specified format.
