Map Facility To Catchment Area

Roles involved:

• Facility Boundary Assigner

• National Facility Boundary Assigner

Step 1: Select Language & Log In

1. Select a preferred language:

2. Click Continue to open the login page.

3. Enter - Username, Password and City

4. Click Login.

📌 Note: User accounts are created by the system administrator and shared with assigned roles.

Step 2: Access Assigned Microplans

1. After logging in, you will land on the Home Page.

2. Click My Microplans.

3. You will see a list of microplans assigned to you.

4. Select the microplan for which you want to assign facilities.

Step 3: Open Facility Assignment Activity

1. After selecting the microplan, you will be redirected to the Activity Selection screen.

2. Click Assign Facilities to Villages.

📌 Note: Facility-to-catchment mapping must be completed before proceeding to the next microplanning activity.

Step 4: Review Facility Assignment Dashboard

You will see a list of facilities under your jurisdiction.

Available Filters

• Facility Name

• Facility Type

• Facility Status

• Administrative Area

Facility-Level Details

• Facility Name

• Facility Type

• Facility Status

• Capacity (Bales for LLIN, SPAQs for SMC)

• Assigned Villages (count)

• Serving Population

• Fixed Post (Yes/No)

• Administrative Area

• Assign (to manage catchment areas)

Step 5: Assign Villages to a Facility

1. Click Assign for a facility.

2. You will be redirected to the Catchment Assignment screen.

Available Tabs

• Unassigned Villages – villages not mapped to any facility

• Assigned Villages – villages already mapped to the selected facility

5.1 Add Villages to a Facility

1. Open the Unassigned Villages tab.

2. Use administrative filters to narrow down villages.

3. Select one or more villages.

4. Click Add to Facility.

📌 The selected villages now define the catchment area for the facility.

Step 6: De-assign Villages (If Required)

1. Open the Assigned Villages tab.

2. Select the villages you want to remove from the facility.

3. De-assign the selected villages.

📌 De-assigned villages move back to the Unassigned Villages list and can be reassigned if needed.

Step 7: Complete Facility Assignment for All Villages

• Repeat Steps 5 and 6 until all villages under the campaign boundary are assigned to a facility.

Step 8: Finalise Facility Assignment (National Role Only)

Once all villages are assigned:

1. Log in as National Facility Boundary Assigner.

2. Click Proceed to Finalise Facility Assignment.

3. Review the assignment summary.

4. Confirm by clicking I Want to Finalise in the pop-up.

⚠️ Once finalised, facility-to-catchment mappings cannot be edited.

Step 9: Completion

• A confirmation screen indicates successful facility assignment.

• Click Go Back to Home to return to the My Microplans dashboard.

✅ Facility-to-catchment area mapping is now complete.
