Role Action Mapping

The microplanning module follows a role-based access model to ensure clear ownership, controlled data changes, and hierarchical approvals across administrative boundaries. Each user role is mapped to a defined set of actions and boundary-level access, enabling structured workflows for microplan setup, population validation, facility-to-catchment mapping, and microplan estimation approval. National-level roles have finalisation authority, while sub-national roles focus on review, validation, and recommendations within their assigned jurisdictions. This model ensures data integrity, accountability, and scalable execution of health campaign microplanning.

Refer to the illustration below to identify the role and action mapping in the Microplanning module.
