# Validate & Approve Estimates
**Roles involved:**
* Microplan Estimation Approver
* National Microplan Estimation Approver

### Step 1: Select Language and Log In
1. Select your preferred language.
2. Click **Continue** to open the login page.
3. Enter the following details: **Username, Password** and **City**
4. Click **Login**.

📌 *Note:* User accounts are created by the system administrator and shared with users based on their assigned roles.

### Step 2: Access Assigned Microplans
1. After logging in, you will land on the **Home Page**.
2. Navigate to the **My Microplans** section.
3. You will see a list of microplans assigned to you.
4. Select the microplan for which you want to validate and approve estimates.

### Step 3: Open Estimation Validation Activity
1. After selecting a microplan, you will be redirected to the **Activity Selection** screen.
2. Click **Validate & Approve Microplan Estimations**.

📌 This is the final activity required before the microplan can be executed.

### Step 4: Review Estimation Validation Dashboard
You will be redirected to the **Microplan Estimation Validation Dashboard**, which lists all villages under your jurisdiction.
#### Dashboard Filters
* **Administrative hierarchy/area** – filter villages by location
* **Assignment**
* Assign to Me
* Assign to All
* **Status**
* **Pending for Validation** – villages yet to be validated
* **Validated** – villages already validated
#### Dashboard Table
* Displays estimation data for villages under your jurisdiction
* Columns vary based on:
* Campaign type
* Distribution strategy
* Includes villages assigned to you, your subordinates, or supervisors

### Step 5: Validate Microplan Estimates
1. Review the estimation values for villages under **Pending for Validation**.
2. Select one or more villages with correct estimates.
3. Click **Validate**.
4. (Optional) Enter comments or reasons for validation.
5. Confirm the action.
✅ The selected villages move from **Pending for Validation** to **Validated** status.

📌 All actions are logged and visible through **Status Logs**.

### Step 6: View Status and Change Logs
* Click **Status Logs** for any village to view:
* Current status
* The user who made the change
* Date and time of the action
* Associated comments

### Step 7: Send Estimates Back for Correction (If Required)
*(For superior or national approvers)*
1. Review villages already validated by subordinates.
2. If estimates are incorrect:
* Select the villages.
* Click **Send Back for Correction**.
3. (Optional) Add a comment or reason.
4. Confirm the action.
🔄 The villages are sent back to the previous approver for correction.

### Step 8: Finalise Microplan Estimation (National Role Only)
Once **all villages under the campaign boundary are validated**:
1. Log in as **National Microplan Estimation Approver**.
2. Click **Proceed to Finalise Microplan Estimation**.
3. Review the confirmation warning.
4. Click **I Want to Finalise** to confirm.

⚠️ *After finalisation, estimates cannot be edited.*

### Step 9: Completion
* A confirmation screen indicates that the microplan estimation has been successfully finalised.
* Click **Go Back to Home** to return to the **My Microplans** dashboard.

### Step 10: Download Finalised Estimation
* Once finalised, the microplan appears with a **Download Estimation** option.
* Click **Download Estimation** to download the microplan estimates as an **Excel file**.
