# Apply For New Connections

The CEs can apply for new water or sewerage connection applications and submit it on behalf of the citizens.

To apply for new connections - 

Click on the **Water & Sewerage** menu option in the sidebar or the **Water & Sewerage** card on the DIGIT home page.

Click on the **New Application** button available on the top right corner of the page. Follow the steps iterated in the [**Citizens Apply** ](/local-governance/access/local-governance-stack/water-and-sewerage/w-and-s-user-manual/w-and-s-citizen-user-manual.md#apply-for-new-connections)for New Connections section to apply for new connections.
