# HRMS Functional Specifications

## Introduction

The HRMS provides a digital interface for ULB/State admin to create, edit & deactivate employees.

## Functional Scope

| ULB Admin/State Admin | <p>Search employees based on various criteria like name, designation, department etc. </p><p></p><p>View details of the employee such as personal/professional data </p><p></p><p>Create new employee details in the system </p><p></p><p>Assign the jurisdiction and service details for the new employee </p><p></p><p>Update employee details<br></p><p>Deactivate employee and access details in the system when the association of the employee with ULB is completed </p><p></p><p>State level Admin has access to create Employee across ULBs</p> |
