Search Template is provided to list all the template.
There are various search parameters to search a template.
At least one parameter is required to perform the search.
Exact search is performed for the values entered/selected.
In case multiple parameters values are supplied AND is applied for searching record.
Pagination to be enabled.
Search result is displayed as given below.
Search - To perform the search based on the parameters entered.
Clear - To clear the values entered for search.
Template Code - Hyperlink to view the template detail on mouse click.

Estimate templates assist civil engineers in categorizing frequently used Schedule of Rates (SORs) for specific project types or construction works, streamlining the estimate preparation process and reducing time.

View Template is provided to view the details of created active/inactive estimate template.
To view the template details, template is searched using the search facility and then opened to view the details.

Modify Estimate Template

Modify template is provided to enable the users to make the correction in the existing template details.
The attributes which are allowed to modify are as given below table.
Submit - On Submit,
Changes are saved and success toast message is displayed.
The existing estimates which has already used the template remains unaffected.
Changes to template are saved successfully.

Create Estimate Template

Create estimate template feature is provided to enable the user to create a template.
The attributes defining template are given in below table.
Submit - On Submit
In case a template with same set of SORs are already present an alert is displayed.
Save the details into system with status Active.
Generate a unique code using the format TMP-<4 DIGIT RUNNING SEQUENCE>. e.g. TMP-0001
Success page is displayed with the success message and below actions.

Template code is generated as per the format given.
Alert on duplicate template.
Detailed estimate to be enhanced to search a template and add to the estimate.
Search Template option is provided where template can be searched by name.
Once a template is searched is added into estimate and hence all the SORs and Non-SORs from template get added to estimate automatically.
User can delete the SORs/ Non-SORs out of added ones.
User can add new SORs/ Non-SORs by searching SORs.
User should able to remove all SORs/Non-SORs added from template and add a new template.
User should be able to search and add a template.
