It serves as a pricing guide for estimating the costs of construction projects.</strong></td></tr><tr><td>Search SOR</td><td>Search SOR allows the user to search a SOR.</td></tr><tr><td>View SOR</td><td>It allows the user to view the SOR details and SOR rates.</td></tr><tr><td>Bulk Upload SOR</td><td>It is to upload the SORs from back-end provided in a specific template.</td></tr><tr><td>Bulk Upload Rates</td><td>It is to upload the SORs rates data from back-end, provided in a specific template.</td></tr><tr><td><ol start="2"><li><strong>Detailed Estimate</strong></li></ol></td><td><strong>A detailed estimate is a comprehensive and itemized calculation of the anticipated costs associated with a construction project.</strong></td></tr><tr><td>Create Estimate</td><td>It allows the user to create a detailed estimate using SOR, Non-SOR, Other Charges.</td></tr><tr><td>View Estimate</td><td>It allows the user to view a detailed estimate.</td></tr><tr><td>Edit Estimate</td><td>It allows the user to edit a detailed estimate which in workflow. </td></tr><tr><td>Workflow</td><td>Existing workflow has been changed to add one primary stage known as save as draft.</td></tr><tr><td>Detailed Estimate PDF</td><td>Estimate PDF is changed to accommodate estimate changes.</td></tr><tr><td><ol start="3"><li><strong>Revise Estimate</strong></li></ol></td><td><strong>Revise estimate refers to the process of making adjustments or updates to a previously prepared cost estimate for a construction project.</strong></td></tr><tr><td>Create Revise Estimate</td><td>It allows the user to create a revised estimate and then send for approval.</td></tr><tr><td>View Revised Estimate</td><td>It allows the user to view a revised estimate.</td></tr><tr><td>Edit Revised Estimate</td><td>It allows the user to edit a in workflow revised estimate.</td></tr><tr><td>Workflow</td><td>The workflow of a revised estimate is exactly same as detailed estimate.</td></tr><tr><td>Revised Estimate PDF</td><td>It allows the user to download the revised estimate PDF.</td></tr><tr><td>Deviation Statement PDF</td><td>It allows the user to generate and download deviation statement for a revised estimate.</td></tr><tr><td><ol start="4"><li><strong>Detailed Measurement Book</strong></li></ol></td><td><strong>MB serves as an official record of the quantities of various items completed by contractors or workers during the construction process. The Measurement Book is an essential part of the documentation in construction contracts and is often maintained by the contractor or the project engineer.</strong></td></tr><tr><td>Inbox</td><td>It allows the user to track and manage the workflow MBs. It enables the user to take workflow action. </td></tr><tr><td>Create MB</td><td>It allows the user to create a MB and then send for approval.</td></tr><tr><td>Search MB</td><td>It allows the user to search a MB by various search parameters.</td></tr><tr><td>View MB</td><td>It allows the user to view a MB.</td></tr><tr><td>Edit MB</td><td>It allows the user to edit a in workflow MB.</td></tr><tr><td>Workflow</td><td>The workflow of a MB has save as draft, submit, verify and approve stages.</td></tr><tr><td>View Utilization</td><td>It allows the user to view the utilization statement out of a MB created.</td></tr><tr><td>MB PDF</td><td>It allows the user to download detailed MB as PDF.</td></tr><tr><td>Muster Roll Validation</td><td>It add the validation to muster roll approval as per the MB created for same period.</td></tr><tr><td>Purchase Bill Validation</td><td>It add the validation to purchase bill creation/ approval as per the MB created for same period.</td></tr></tbody></table>
