CCRS UI & Backend Local Customisation

  1. Local Setup → Run CCRS UI (React) and backend (Spring Boot microservices) with Postgres, Elasticsearch, Kafka; configure environment files.

  2. Add New Field → Update UI forms, localisation, backend DTOs, DB schema, and MDMS if it’s a dropdown/list.

  3. Customise Workflows & Rules → Modify workflow configs, SLA rules, and MDMS masters as per local process.

  4. Update Notifications & Branding → Change logos, colours, SMS/email templates, and asset hosting for local identity.
