Reopen Complaint

Complaint status to reopen: Resolved

A complaint can be reopened if the resolution is unsatisfactory. To reopen a complaint,

  1. Navigate to the list of filed complaints and select the complaint to reopen.

  2. If the complaint has been resolved fewer than 5 days back and not yet rated, the option to reopen the complaint will be visible.

  3. Reopened complaints will again go over the same process as newly filed complaints.
