Overview of Services:

1. Plan Management - Handles micro plan setup, micro plan employee assignments, micro plan facility linkage, micro plan estimations and its validation/approval.

2. Census Management - Handles population data and its validation/approval.

3. Resource Generator - Utility service which reads population and facility excel files uploaded by the user to generate population records and plan facility linkages in the system.

4. Project Factory - Utility service which exposes APIs to generate population data upload template and facility data upload template.
