View Complaints

Roles who can perform this action: All employee roles (refer to table here).

  1. Navigate to Complaints >> Complaints Inbox in the left panel.

  1. Apply the search filters available in the Inbox screen to find a specific complaint. Complaints can be searched using the Complaint Number or Mobile Number. Alternatively, use the filters listed below:

    1. Assigned to me - view complaints assigned to the logged-in user

    2. Assigned to all - view complaints assigned to all employee users

    3. Complaint Subtype - filter complaints based on selected complaint subtype

    4. Locality - filter complaints based on selected locality

    5. Status - filter complaints based on the selected status of the complaint
