A step-by-step guide for attendance management
Overview
The Attendance Module will allow supervisors to mark attendance for their attendees which will, in turn, help the system maintain the authenticity of records and provide consistent data for payments to the attendees.

Offline Functionality: Attendance can be recorded without internet and synced once connectivity is restored.
User Roles
Team Supervisor
The supervisor can mark the attendance.
Supervisor can mark the attendance of every employee just by scanning the unique QR code which they have.
Steps
1) To mark the attendance of the employee, user needs to click on the manage attendance card.
2) In this screen user is able to see multiple active campaigns running, user can start marking the attendance for a particular campaign by clicking on the open register button respectively
3) A missed attendance pop-up is shown to show all the missed attendance , the user can proceed to change the date and mark attendance for past dates or continue by marking the attendance for the current date
4) When the user comes to the Mark Attendance screen there all the attendees that are mapped to the supervisor is shown , using the date scroller user can just scroll through the dates and mark the attendance , there are two sessions by default Morning and Evening and the user can also filter the attendee by Present and Absent.
Here the screen shows the employees linked to this user The status of all the users before the attendance is taken is “Attendance Unmarked”
5)User can start marking the attendance by clicking on Mark Attendance button a scanner will come, there are two options to mark the -

After the QR is scanned successfully a pop up is shown with the attendee details such as Name, Age , QR created time and the boundary by this the supervisor can verify the attendee now the user can continue scanning for the rest of the attendees.

Once the QR code is successfully scanned for the attendees , the status changes to “Present” , for whose ever QR code was not scanned 2 CTA actions will be displayed the user can either mark them as Present or Absent
There is also an option to mark the attendance manually, for any external reasons if the scanner does not work then the user can mark attendance manually by giving the reasons.
The user can mark the attendance manually can either be “Present” or “Absent”
5) After marking attendance of all the employees, the user can proceed to submit the register by clicking on the Submit button , the user has to add the comments against each individual register
Once the comments are added the register can be submitted successfully
Marking Attendance for past dates
For marking the attendance of the past dates, the user needs to mark the attendance manually and the scanner will not be available for the past dates
Past dates can be selected from the date scroller or can be selected from the calender and attendance of the required employee can be marked from there manually
Once the user marks the attendance for the entire list and proceed to submit , the user has to add the comments for the respective register before submitting the register
Once the comments are added the register can be submitted successfully
Tagging mobile users to non-mobile users
To mark the attendance of non-mobile users, the distributor who uses DIGIT HCM can show the QR for the non-mobile users then the supervisor can mark theirs also By this we are tagging the non-mobile users to the mobile users and we are accounting every individual involved in the campaign
A new option is introduced in the Hamburger menu “Non Mobile Users” which gives the list of all the non mobile users tagged to the mobile user Here the QR code for non mobile users will have their username and individual ID , supervisor can mark the attendance through this QR.
