NDSS KPIs	This includes Citizen Feedback Score Citizen Service Delivery Index Aggregated SLA Pendancy
Central Instance	This feature includes changes related to central instance for modules - Property Tax, Trade License, PGR, OBPS, Water and Sewerage, Firenoc, Birth and Death, mCollect, Reports, Inbox
