Inbox Migration (v1 to v2)

In Inbox V1, the API fetches data from the database using the Searcher service. However, in Inbox V2, we are pushing data into Elasticsearch and fetching it from there to render the inbox.

Since Searcher has been deprecated in the core module, we are migrating from Inbox V1 to Inbox V2 for URBAN modules. As part of this release, we have migrated the following three modules:

1. Local Business License Issuing System

2. Property Tax System

3. Residential Construction Permit System
