Steps to migrate to Inbox v2

1. Service-Level Changes

   1. Apply the following PRs to implement inbox integration:

      1. PR 1

      2. PR 2

      3. PR 3

      4. PR 4

   2. Ensure the Trade Licences service pushes data to the relevant Inbox topics during:

      1. Create

      2. Update

      3. Other actions

   3. The processInstance object is mandatory in the payload for all these actions.

2. MDMS Configuration

   1. Add the required MDMS configuration to specify all search parameters for inbox results.

   2. Reference for MDMS Config - InboxConfiguration.json at UNIFIED-QA

   3. Restart the MDMS Service to apply the changes

3. Indexer Configuration

   1. Add the Trade Licences Inbox Indexer configuration

   2. Reference for Indexer Config - tl-inbox-indexer.yml at UNIFIED-QA

4. DevOps Configuration

   1. Add Indexer Path to Environment - Add the following path to your environment configuration file: file:///work-dir/configs/egov-indexer/tl-inbox-indexer.yml

   2. After adding the path to the environment file, restart the Indexer

   3. Re-indexing for Existing Data - If data already exists in the environment, re-indexing is required to reflect the changes in the inbox.
